A Space to Talk
We understand it can be hard to find people to talk to about altered states. It’s not always something you can easily bring up with friends or family. What we offer here is a chat with someone who recognises how powerful and sometimes challenging these experiences can be, through both personal lived experience and ongoing reflection. All conversations are private and held with respect.
This is community-based peer support, grounded in lived experience, personal practice and deep care. It’s not a replacement for therapeutic or clinical mental health care, as we’re not qualified professionals.
Before a Journey
If you’re considering a psychedelic experience and would like someone to speak with, this is simply a space to share what’s on your mind and reflect on your intentions. These conversations are about grounding, clarity and self-awareness, not direction or encouragement.
Not all journeys begin with the medicine. They often begin with reflection, personal responsibility and the care you choose to offer yourself before any experience takes place.
These chats offer a moment to gently consider the container that surrounds you physically, emotionally and energetically, with a focus on awareness and harm reduction. Whether your curiosity is guided by healing, creativity, re-creational or exploration, what you bring your mindset, surroundings and intention plays a meaningful role in how an experience is held.
After a Journey
When an experience has unfolded, having a chat can make a difference. This is a space to share what came up the beautiful, the confusing, the overwhelming, or the hard to put into words with a focus on grounding, integration and emotional safety.
Whether your journey was intentional or recreational, planned or unexpected, you’re welcome here. Sometimes these experiences open something profound, and sometimes they can leave us unsure of how to make sense of what happened. Wherever you find yourself, your experience is valid and worthy of care, and these conversations are offered as a form of gentle support rather than clinical intervention.
The journey does not always resolve with the experience itself. Often what follows is a period of processing, reflection and integration. These conversations offer a space to talk through what has settled and what may still feel tender, supporting your own sense of understanding and self-responsibility.
Not every journey feels easy. Some can be unsettling or heavy to hold on your own. Having a chat gives those experiences, sometimes referred to as difficult or challenging journeys, somewhere safe to be voiced. What feels most intense in the moment can sometimes become more coherent when met with care, time and support.
If you are currently experiencing mental health challenges or are in crisis, please seek guidance from a qualified professional.
