Peer Support
Have you been on a journey and are feeling unsure how to bring the experience into everyday life, or are you preparing for a journey and would like to talk through your considerations around safety?
We understand how difficult it can be to find people you feel comfortable talking with about altered states. These experiences aren’t always easy to share with friends or family, even when they feel significant or meaningful.
What we offer is a private, respectful conversation with someone who understands how powerful and sometimes challenging these experiences can be, grounded in lived experience, personal practice, and ongoing reflection.
This is community-based peer support. It is not a replacement for therapeutic or clinical mental health care, and we are not qualified mental health professionals.
Before a Journey
If you are considering a psychedelic experience and would like someone to speak with, this is a space to share what is on your mind and to sit with your intentions. These conversations focus on grounding, clarity, and self-awareness rather than direction or encouragement.
Not all journeys begin with the medicine. Often, they begin with reflection, personal responsibility, and the care you choose to offer yourself before anything takes place.
These conversations offer a gentle moment to consider the container around you physically, emotionally, and energetically, with an emphasis on awareness and harm reduction. Whether your curiosity is guided by healing, creativity, recreation, or exploration, what you bring your mindset, surroundings, and intention plays a meaningful role in how an experience is held.
After a Journey
After an experience, having someone to talk with can help bring grounding and clarity. This is a space to share what arose, whether beautiful, confusing, overwhelming, or hard to put into words, with care and emotional safety.
Whether your journey was planned or unexpected, intentional or recreational, you are welcome here. Some experiences feel expansive, while others leave questions. Wherever you find yourself, your experience is valid and worthy of care.
Not every journey feels easy to hold alone. These conversations offer a gentle place to acknowledge what may still feel tender, supporting your own process of understanding and integration.
