These sessions are created for that space in between.

Each session is held one-on-one via Zoom, offering a calm and intentional space to pause, ask questions, voice what’s stirring, and shape the internal and external container that will support you.

These sessions are guided by years of lived experience and deep integration. They come from years of personal journeying, deep integration, and the quiet practice of holding space for others as they meet themselves in unfamiliar and often tender terrain. This is not about offering answers, but about creating a container where your own inner wisdom can be heard, felt, and trusted.

To honour the depth of this work, sessions are available exclusively to those currently working with The Explorer’s Compass. This shared foundation ensures we’re walking with a mutual language, one grounded in sovereignty, self-responsibility, and conscious intention.

Preparation, Set & Setting Consultation

Not all journeys begin with the medicine. They begin here, with intention, space, and the care you offer yourself before ever stepping through the doorway.

These sessions are an invitation to consciously prepare the container that will hold you, physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether your journey is guided by healing, creativity, or curiosity, what you bring to it , your mindset, your environment, your intention shapes everything.

The support offered here is not about leading or fixing, but about walking beside you as you step into your own knowing, at your own pace.

Together we’ll explore your intention, mindset, and the space in which your journey will unfold — physically, emotionally, and energetically. This is a space to ask questions, feel supported, and shape your own unique ritual or rhythm for the experience ahead.

Integration Session

The journey doesn’t end with the experience. That’s where it begins to speak.

Integration is the space where insight becomes embodiment. Where symbols find meaning. Where what was felt begins to ripple into how you live, relate, create, and move through the world. Without integration, even the most profound journey can fade like a dream.

These sessions offer a gentle space to return. A place to unpack what surfaced, explore the medicine’s messages, and begin weaving them into the fabric of your life. Whether your journey left you clear, cracked open, overwhelmed, or inspired, this is your landing ground.

Sessions are held one-on-one via Zoom and draw from years of personal integration. You don’t need to have the answers, only the willingness to bring your experience, just as it is.

There’s no pressure to make sense of it all. Just an invitation to witness what wants to be felt, expressed, or held.
